3. MISSING A PIECE OR DAMAGED ITEM?

If your puzzle arrives damaged or is missing a piece, please email us with the following information:

• Your order number

• A clear photo showing the missing or damaged area

Once verified, we will send replacement piece(s) at no additional cost, in accordance with our replacement policy.
