1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment facility in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, United States.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Eastern Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST may ship the same business day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Transit time & Estimated Delivery Time (United States)

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground.

5. Packaging & Protection

To ensure your puzzle arrives in good condition, we use:

  • Secure, custom-fit mailer boxes.
  • Eco-friendly paper cushioning materials.
  • Protective packaging designed to reduce moisture exposure during transit.

6. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking: All shipments include tracking information sent via email.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the order as "Delivered".
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
  • Address Changes: If you need to update your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete due to shipping issues:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include clear photos of the packaging and the product.
  3. We will provide a replacement or missing parts at no additional cost, subject to verification.

8. Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
