1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Opened or assembled puzzles are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Missing Piece Support Policy
We understand that missing pieces can affect your experience.
If your puzzle is missing a piece:
- Please contact us at support@doowpuzzle.com.
- Include your order number and a clear photo showing the missing piece area.
After verification, we will ship the replacement piece(s) at no additional cost.
This support service is available for up to 6 months from the purchase date and does not require returning the product.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
After review, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, or.
- A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially assembled puzzles (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance events.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
