When Will Tracking Be Available?

My tracking number is not updating. What should I do?

This can happen when the carrier has received the package but hasn’t scanned it yet.

Please allow up to 24 hours for updates.
If there are no updates after 2 business days, contact us at support@doowpuzzle.com and we’ll assist you.

We ship orders using reliable U.S. carriers, including:
