Return & Refund Policy
At Doow Puzzle, your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements to ensure you have a seamless experience.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Note: Opened or assembled puzzles are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
2. Missing Piece Support Policy
We know how frustrating a missing piece can be. If your puzzle is incomplete:
- Email us at support@doowpuzzle.com with your order number and a clear photo of the area with the missing piece.
- Upon verification, we will ship the replacement piece(s) at no additional cost.
- This service is available for up to 6 months from the purchase date and does not require you to return the puzzle.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.
- We will provide a full replacement or a full refund if the item is out of stock.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially assembled puzzles (except for defects).
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events.
5. Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect Items: We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
7. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
