Return & Refund Policy
At DoowPuzzle, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

Original packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Opened or assembled puzzles are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Missing Piece Support Policy
We understand that missing pieces can affect your experience.
If your puzzle is missing a piece:

Include your order number and a clear photo showing the missing piece area
After verification, we will ship the replacement piece(s) at no additional cost.
This support service is available for up to 6 months from the purchase date and does not require returning the product.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
After review, we will offer either:

A replacement item, or
-
A full refund if a replacement is unavailable
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or partially assembled puzzles (unless defective)

Gift cards

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance events
5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider
